What You'll Do 

  • Lead Weapon System Integration: Own the full integration of our effects solutions into the overall system. 

  • Manage Interfaces: Take ownership of the interfaces that define the critical connections between the payload and the rest of the system. 

  • Execute System Trade-Offs: Lead cross-functional analysis to balance effectiveness requirements against system constraints, and present outcomes to your team. 

  • Develop Test & Evaluation Plans: Design and lead the validation and verification strategy for our products, including interaction with external stakeholders. 

  • Drive Design Decisions: Translate complex data into clear engineering requirements, optimizing the final seconds of flight. 

  • Support Technical Reviews:  Support technical reviews (PDR/CDR/TRR) and flight readiness reviews and ensure compliance with applicable defence and quality standards (e.g. Mil-std, customer specifications).
