About the Role
As a Sales Manager, Leasing, you own the performance, development, and execution of the leasing team. You lead, coach, and develop Leasing Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals.
You will work alongside your team in the day-to-day leasing process, actively participating in tours, prospect interactions, follow-up, and lease execution. You will partner closely with the Community Manager and property leadership to execute leasing strategy, understand local market conditions, and drive Flow’s business priorities.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can develop people, drive sales performance, and lead from the front.
