Mission
Our mission is to deliver everyone a sustainable income. Right now 25,000 business operators earn over $7B per year. We will not stop until 1B people every month are making money on Whop.
Role
You get new education customers live and successful on Whop: coaches, masterminds, bootcamps, and anyone teaching a skill. You run onboarding, get them using the product, and set them up to grow.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with a lot of freedom. You own the customer’s first months on Whop.
What You’ll Do
Onboard new education customers and get them live fast
Move their programs, communities, and payments onto Whop
Get them using the core product and the rest of the stack
Spot accounts at risk early and fix the problem yourself
Hand healthy, growing accounts to the account team
What We’re Looking For
Operator background in education or coaching, or you have run your own online business
Top performing CSM or onboarding lead at a high growth startup
Strong at running many accounts at once without dropping any
Comfortable talking to the person who owns the business
Compensation / perks
Compensation range: $200,000 to $250,000
Best in class base + OTE with competitive equity
Location: In-person NYC / Brooklyn, 5 days in office
