About the Team
What You Will Do
- Build and ship end-to-end AI-driven features and agentic workflows- from experimentation through validation to production deployment (Python and C#).
- Design scalable backend services that support production-grade agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop and improve solutions powered by LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and generative AI frameworks.
- Evaluate agentic architectures and model performance, owning monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement in production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to drive AI innovation across the platform.
What You're About
- 5+ years of hands-on backend software engineering experience.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or generative AI systems using modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Self-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment — you don't wait to be told what to do next.
- Strong collaborator with clear communication skills; you thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent architectures or agentic evaluation frameworks (preferred).
- Familiarity with C# or polyglot engineering environments (a plus).
